How it works:

• Sign up for the online backup service. The cost is $30 per month.
   
• Download and install the software.
   
• Designate which files and folders are to be backed up.
   
• Backups are performed over your internet connection, typically late at night.
   
• Encryption is used to ensure privacy and secuirty.
   
• Only files that have changed are backed up. Ten versions of each file are retained.
   
• You may give another user permission to access your backup files.
